Jameis was the most physically talented QB on the Saints roster the day he stepped in the room.
Jameis Winston is trash.

Yep. Daniels is far too dynamic and will quickly grasp the playbook.
Is that why he sucked balls last year?

I'll hand it to Brennan though. He clearly loves LSU.

2018, Brennan leaves spring ball as the likely starter

Rooting for Brennan to take the job and not look back.

At least bring in a decent QB. Kelly time at LSU will be short lived. Jj2 ain't gonna get it

I hope Brennan is mature enough to relaize even if Daniels beats out Brennan for the starting spot his chances of playing significant games in the SEC are almost 100%. Injuries are NOT uncommon. We need all the QBs we can get going into this season. No one should transfer.

Because the kid can run but can't pass. Kelly will not make it long here.

Daniels will fail miserably. He is small and can't pass. May work in another conference but not sec

That was a great evaluation eh

Ideally you would want that. But the transfer portal is just too appealing now. If I had a son in Brennans position and he didn’t win the job in the spring, I’d want him to transfer.

Jesus Christ dude. Winston sucks. Can you say racist without actually saying it.

[quote]this is what our offense needed. Not a decent oline?[/quote
Have you been under a rock? We’ve signed somewhere around 14 transfers. We recently signed the top ranked left tackle in the transfer portal. We signed another guy that’s also highly touted as a transfer lineman.
Actually I think we may have gotten the number 1 and number 3 ranked tackles in the portal.
We signed a guy that had a huge freshman season at running back , but has been injured since and is now healthy. He’s from Penn state and named Noah Cain I believe. He was a 5 star back out of high school.
We’ve signed a multi year starter from Arkansas that’s going to start at saftey alongside jay ward .
We signed both of our starting corners out of the portal this off season. One is from Arkansas and has been starting there for 3 years. The other corner is from Oklahoma state and was all conference and multi year starter.
We signed Louisiana Lafayettes number 1 ,or 2 according to some, wideout from this past season.
We signed two different linebackers who seem to be for depth at a minimum . One of the two will probably beat out someone and be a starter, considering what’s coming back at that position.
We signed the number 1 dt out of the portal from Missouri
We signed another corner from ULL who may be for depth.
We signed a much needed long snapper
We signed a kicker/punter from Norte dame .

Is it a habit for you to drink yourself into a stupor at 11am on a Tuesday?

I haven't done much research on Daniels but the research I have done does not indicate that he can easily beat out Brennan. Daniels stats are not that impressive. We know he can run but what about his decision making and accuracy?

No, he sucked balls because they sucked and he had to run for 700 yards to score points for the lack of receivers
He was dynamic when he had a good team around him. 17 td 2 ints and rushed for a good bit.
How about go watch his game against Oregon and tell us if he sucks

The dude has legit arm talent. Last year with a new offense and injured, young WRs seems to be the outlier in regards to his stats for the time he has been at Arizona State. And he still completed 65% of his passes last year. The TD to Int. ratio just sucked.
But he also ran for another 6 TDs on 700+ yards and a 5.1 ypc average. That's significant. With talented WRs and a good offensive scheme, I could see him potentially being a significant challenge for defenses.

When I see Jordan Jefferson times 2...yeah.
