There are parasite on this earth who can lie without feeling anxiety. For a normal human it causes anxiety and we just assume everyone else is this way. That's what makes us susceptible. The parasite weapon is words. The parasite is literally incapable of honestly speaking his mind, he can only use words to manipulate his ends. Any lie, big small or ridiculous, causes him zero stress and is meant to manipulate. We just assume he's being honest, because we just assume everyone is, we assume people can't just lie like that because we can't. That's the basis of how they control us.
