Over 20 car break-ins near movie set in Lower Garden District, reports say
NOPD allegedly told the victims that no officers could come out and take reports due to the volume of car break-ins and the lack of available officers on duty.

I don’t know what it’s gonna take to get the national guard to Orleans parish but I don’t see any other solution.

I was down there around 2009/10 and this same stuff was a regular occurrence on film shoots in New Orleans. It’s just like working in Mexico.
