Just saw his commercial advertising paydays for ride sharing passengers involved in an accident. Gordon and the rest of his ilk are such trash.

Uber and Lyft have insurance policies for all their independent contractors. McKernan must have recently scored a huge settlement from one or both and is now marketing the hell out of it.
