Bigger gut punch: Payton retiring or Rams No Call

Both feel like a gut punch but the No Call required the stages of grieving to get over.

Rams, next
I feel nothing right now honestly. We already went through this with Brees and were somewhat expecting it

No call ! But Payton opting out will hurt this organization more long term. Get ready for the saints to win 6 games next season with the QB’s we have . The salary cap issues and a new coach who will have to keep the locker room in order. Good luck with that.

No Call.

I'm still in the anger phase for the no call. CSP leaving the saints in the position he has the way he did has me indifferent on it

No call pure rage
This is more sad about the end of a great era and the unknown of what’s next.

The media who praised bountygate penalties will be sucking Payton’s dick so hard the next week so they can piss on themselves when Sean signs with the Giants or the Cowboys. No one in the media has respect for New Orleans market.

No call deadened my passion to a point where with Payton retiring I’m like “it is what it is”

This, made me realize it's just made for TV entertainment.

The No Call isnt something I plan on getting over and in hindsight the Vikings loss the year before really hurts too.

The no call changed the way I view the NFL today. Just felt robbed as a fan. Like it was just a big fricking joke.
Payton leaving today was something we all knew would happen at some point.

I am ready for a HC change... Rams no call by a mile.

Rams was more like a kick to the nuts vs a gut punch.

Bingo! You already see it today. National media have brought up the bountygate but no mention of the SB trip robbery.

The no call, easily.
Payton wasn’t going to be here forever. This day was coming.
