Guy in the white truck is lucky he didn't catch that first bullet. The shooter threw the gun up and fired without even aiming. If he misses it goes right through the truck's window.

So much spotlight is focused on white on black crime, police on black crime from everyone in the media, this Administration, the local DA's, that we've relegated black on black crime as nearly inconsequential.
