Russia doesn’t want to take over the world, however they want to return Eastern Europe to a place within their borders.

nd have the threat of a war in Europe? No way. This is a small minded comment. Putin actually respects Trump, unlike Biden and all the other Dems. May be the only one who can ease things over there. I don’t think this report is true though.

Have you been following the topic of Ukraine on this Board for the past two to three months? 90% here said FU Ukraine and let the Russian have it. Well we're about to see how this plays out. And it's of interest seeing how Europeans are responding. It seems at least the Brits are alarmed and are doing something about it. Germany wants to opt out of any decision as they have their auto industry to look after. They have their Russian natural gas and maybe even see Russia as a strategic ally. At the very least if Russia goes ahead in Ukraine I'd guess Nato will base up in the eastern regions now. Poland, here we come.

Because if there is anyone who can deliver a tough message to a thug leader, Lindsey Graham is the guy?

As much as I loathe this POS…we collectively don’t need the disaster this could turn into here. I would love to see Biden take a shite sandwich at every turn but this Russia/Ukraine shite could get ugly and affect a lot of people who don’t deserve to pay the price for our shitty “leader”.

You’re not the only person who thinks Russia could be the greatest strategic buffer to China we could have. They are at the very least a Christian Orthodox version of communist ideologies. So common ground could be found on a societal basis.

Problem is, Russia’s leadership is all about keeping a strong seat at the table. They’ll be happy to see the head seat change from time to time if just means they get to keep their spot.

Not sure how much history or culture will help when Mach 10 warheads start falling from the sky though. Appeasement is also not a great way to get what you want. American Soy cuck bois are a testament to how much you stand to lose if you’re a complete pussy

We certainly do not need war with Russia. If Trump was President, I would say the same.

We need to be working WITH Russia against China.

Russia is much more a natural ally.

So what if Russia thinking about the tragedy that was their loss of influence and loss of satellite countries in Europe decide to start to claw some of those countries back either through military confrontation or by pulling levers and installing favorable ruling regimes? We stay out of this?

even tho during Trump the democrats did this via Lurch Kerry.

this article smells like BS.

Graham would try to use his secret handshake with the JCS; but Graham cannot get any where using the possibility of Trump or anyone as President.

Graham and others are probably speaking to Joint Chiefs but not invoking anyone but using diplomacy with the Generals.

Graham can influence the JCS and State Dept somewhat, in normal Washington circles. It ends there.

Trump needed Graham & Turtle to not get impeached and removed. They all 3 indeed hate and used each other. But Trump not needing them does not mean Trump is running current foreign policy.

Pompeo may be also using his back channels, but we all know whose side Pompeo is on now-the swamp side.

Bottom-line if anyone in DC or Pompeo is intervening State Dept or the DOD, it is to prevent WW3. Obama/Biden is running this show though and they don't GAF and have no other choice-- they are on the take with Russia & China.

Vindman's are in charge no matter what Graham or anyone thinks.

did anybody see this on Hannity? Hannity was all solemn saying he wishes Biden to do well we all do. Trump was unusually quiet in saying Biden's presser was sad. Trump didn't lob any of the usual barbs but seem worried.

Hannity must have had on Graham after the Trump interview show. I didn't see it. I can see Graham clutching his pearls on Biden's foreign policy when it is too late tho...

the last paragraph below: seems to be a public statement that Biden should have NEVER okayed Putin's pipeline. and a public statement via Graham to say on Hannity, it seems as if it is as far as this goes.

we are in crazy times.
