Describe your favorite Sammich (homemade)

I will go first.
Two thick slice of bologna (Fried)
One thick slice of bologna (unfried)
Mayo (Helman's) - must be on both sides of the bread
Mustard (French's)
Ketsup (Hunt's)
Onion
Cheese
Tomato
Dill Pickle
two Fried Eggs
Hot sauce (Texas Pete)
Banana peppers - when available
This is really favorite even though I seldom allow myself to have one.

Toasted Pretzel Bun, lightly brushed with butter and a little salt, inside Honey Mustard, a Slice of thick cut Swiss and several slices of Black Forrest Ham.

Lightly pressed until the cheese melts
