Yea I am puzzled by that as well. Not shocked their offense is struggling, their defense not coming close to stopping the Bills is even wilder to me.

It is usually helpful to your defense if your offense can stay on the field and actually move the ball for more than a minute.

This is generally what happens to run heavy teams with average QB play in the NFL playoffs these days. They run into teams with competent defenses and high level passing games and they get run.
It’s why I don’t understand why everyone is picking SF over Dallas tomorrow. SF’s supposed huge advantage in that game almost never plays out in the playoffs. The Cowboys have a FAR superior QB and passing game. The 49ers are more likely to get blown out than to win, based on historical trends. Their SB run a couple years was based on an elite defense which they don’t have anymore, their passing defense is actually abysmal. They aren’t going to be able to score enough to keep up especially given Jimmy G is gonna throw a few INTs against that defense.
