Pharma Baw needs to pay back almost $65 million as by court order and is banned from the pharmaceutical industry for life.

Honestly, it was not an unusual practice in the industry with orphaned drugs it is just he was so fricking hateable. I have no idea if this judgment will have chilling effect on the practice. It needs to be addressed if not. The fines and reimbursements paid did nothing to drop the Epipen price for example.

The dude used to defraud investors by constantly borrowing money to create new ventures and hoping that he can pay his nut by jacking up the prices of the pharma product and keeping his investors in the dark.
