The HOA here clears our driveway. Worth every penny.
Our old house in Pittsbugh was cleared by me and a gas powered snowblower. And it was on an incline, so my wife's old car could not handle it even with 4-5 inches of snow. So it constantly needed to be cleared.
I hate clearing snow. Can't wait to move back to Baton Rouge this year.

It may be hard to believe, but sometimes it snows overnight.

One of my neighbors in North LA didn't cut grass. His wife liked to do it so he would let her. We are out front talking one day after cutting our yards and the guys wife is cutting their yard and he comes walking out in golf clothes and start loading his clubs in the car. My buddy runs over and kneels down in the dudes driveway and bows while saying "teach me your ways!" It was pretty damn funny.
