In the dome!! Went to every home game that year but Western Carolina and had a freaking blast at the dome!! Crazy that it’s been 18 years already and I can still vividly remember it. They played “Get Low” all night on Bourbon. So many titties.

I was there and it was glorious night to be a Tiger fan. It was an unreal setting and scene before, during and after the game. I don’t recall much once we got back to Bourbon Street

We were all thirty-forty somethings with young kids in grammar school and we all had to work the next morning.

I was in 8th grade watching my first college football game. I’m from NY so college football wasn’t a big deal there, but my uncle went to LSU and I wanted to see why he was so fired up. I consider that game to be my indoctrination into the cult.

In Dome with my grandson

Walking from Mothers, chatting with Sooner fans my grandson said “ why are you being nice to the enemy”
LOL
Told him they loved their team as much as we loved the Tigers, and want them to come back to N O and spend money.

Was traveling for a fairly new job and watched it in my hotel room , Holiday Inn in New Braunfel TX. After driving in from Houston, grabbed some BBQ and beers and got to room just in time for kickoff. Glorious

I was with my dad at the Superdome.

He was so happy. At that time, he said he never thought he'd live to see LSU win another National Championship. Well, he lived long enough to see Joe Burrow's 15-0 season and died 5 months later.

Sitting in my Grandmothers living room with my Dad, watching the game.

Incredible feeling.

Great night. Long time coming. Blessed to have been in the dome that night. I took LSU straight money Line bet b/c I believed in our defense that much. Getting my winnings from Betonsports.com took an act of congress

I was in a corner of the Terrace level of the Superdome, with a fatass behind me complaining because everybody kept standing up. Told him if he wanted to sit through that game he should have stayed in his recliner.

But I had a great time. At the time I never thought I’d see LSU win a natty.

Didn't have tickets, so I went with a buddy and watched the game at the Gold Mine. Partied in the Quarter, then drove back to Biloxi before dawn.

Living in Gainesville, FL. Wishing my grandfather would've lived to see it. That was a great season (other than the Florida game) and a great memory.

at my uncles house laying on the floor. I remember saying something along the lines of "Thanks for visiting Sooners" and thinking it was the funniest thing on earth.

I was 10. One of the only vivid memories I have of being a kid.

I've been to all four championship games this century. This one was by far the most special. After 45 years, I never thought I would see it happen!
