No, he made himself a much more viable candidate.

He did what he had to do as far as taking a vaccine. It’s his choice. He was President at the time he took his. But he will not mandate others that decide it’s not for them. It’s smart to suggest to others but at the same time making them know it’s their choice. Win..Win..!

I don’t see that being the case . He is CLEARLY saying he supports freedom of choice and against mandating the Roni juice , and that’s what most of us give a shite about.

There is nothing to walk back. Trump is showing that he is a doer, it doesn’t just read the Teleprompter poorly.

He’s letting Americans know that there is still a choice.

- He is near 80 years old
- He is for the vaccine
- He is vaccinated
- He is boosted
- He is not expressly for mandates

Nothing “wrong” with that position

Trump’s position on the vaccine is the same as it was in November 2020. If people that voted for him in 2020 are now not wanting to support him because of that position, it’s because they changed their mind not Trump. They are free to do so but why should he distance himself from a position he has had since before the 2020 election?

His inability to remove any swamp during his first term dug his grave for 2020 and 2024

God forbid the man made a medical decision for himself instead of reading up on the latest news memes from Facebook.

You all call the Vaccinated the “Branch Covidians” etc, yet you’re ready to hang anyone who’s been vaccinated and/or encourages others to do so.

There are daily threads on the vaccines.

So long as Trump's policy is "take it if you want it" I'm fine with him. He's free to think it's the best thing ever, I just want to be free with respect to whether I want to take it or not.

Let's not be like progressives who tried to cancel J K Rowling because she agreed with them 99.9% of the time she just happened to believe that men can't be women. Put aside the purity tests, conservatives can think it's a good idea to get vaxxed and still be conservative.

I don't know why your thread and assertions are getting so much heat / down-votes.

'WARP SPEED' has always been like a trophy for Trump. That now he is boasting about it is bizarre. (So has the 99.6% Survival Rate been dented as a result? )

The back-end of WARP-SPEED's Frankenstein-ian, un-tested, clot-creating Pharm-profiteering "solution" has become nothing but a never-ending nightmare of fascist overreach -- featuring divide & conquer psyop antics, misery, mandates, boosters up-the wazoo.

I haven’t taken the shot. I don’t want it. I never wore a mask except to fly. I refuse to participate in government mandates. I believe the virus is an artificially enhanced coronavirus. I am angry at the government for not pursuing therapeutics and for pushing irrational, irresponsible fear. I hate the judge mental woke.

With all that, I have to understand someone over the age of 60, comorbidities, etc. wanting and being thankful for the opportunity to take the shot.

Some of y’all need to come to terms with the fact that they have a different outlook l pertaining to this subject and they aren’t all wrong.

Trump is capitalizing on this.

I don’t want to vote for an 80 year old man. Let’s let him remain on the sidelines to do his thing.

IF Trump were just a minor player and influence I'd agree with you. Trump remains a MAJOR player and influence on millions (including those may have been on the fence for good reason regarding the Vax).

The problem beyond Trump's "take it if you want it" disclaimer is his tacit Advocacy of the Vax. (He's NOT addressing how its being used as a political wedge & weapon (already Raggedy Ann is THANKING him on behalf of Biden).

And then there are the considerations that thanks to "Trump's WARP SPEED'", it is being used as symbolic social Tool of Obedience.

I disagree more with my wife and her opinions than I do with Trump and his and 21 years later I'm still sharing a bed with the wife. DJ is good with me.
