I just stumbled across some BS list on Facebook, “The Saddest Movies of All Time”

What are your three saddest movies (one must be fiction)

In no particular order:
Life is Beautiful (which was not on the list I saw)
Schindler’s List
Saving Private Ryan

Brian’s Song
My neighbor totoro (because my daughter started balling at the end because it reminded her of her friend’s mom who died when they were in 4th grade. Still makes me cry thinking about it)

It doesn't rise to the severity of something like Schindler’s List or Sophie's Choice but I couldn't help but to feel bad for that poor bastard at the end of The Last American Virgin. That was pretty brutal for that chick to go right back with that dude who abandoned her after all he had done for her

Confused, as I only knew of the 2007 release.

Saving Private Ryan was brutal.
My Girl
All dog movies I’ve never seen which end as most dog related movies do.

It's a doc not a movie, but Dear Zachary is the most brutally sad video I've ever seen.

The movie as a whole isnt sad, but that part in Air Bud when he leaves him behind on that island killed 7 year old me.
