Several posters here swore up and down in the thread about the racist Louisiana judge that a black judge would never get removed for making racial and derogatory comments.
You made this up.

Believe it wasn't just that.
She made social media pages and harassed folks who were before her in Court. Seems a bit crazy, but welcome to Birmingham.
She sounds like a ray of sunshine.

Legit the most racist dude I have ever known was black. He had a red swastika tatted on his chest. Was also one of Floridas best high school wrestlers in the late 90's

You gonna apply this logic evenly and think any judge of color that has said anything bad about white people can remain impartial?
quote:
Show me one judge of color removed from the bench for something like this, and then you might have a point.

Would a black judge be treated the same w audio of hard r usage?

A minority judge in your hypothetical would get a reprimand letter at the worst in Louisiana.

Yea, these situation aren't the same. Multiple instances of open racism in the workplace is not at all equivalent to the video. I'd say you know that, but you've shown yourself to be a complete buffoon.

Because it wouldn't happen

maybe but this is pretty close you have to admit. Most of the comments were saying "fired for something like this" so this absolutely clears that bar

I don't. Open racism professionally is a much worse offense. This judge's ability to be impartial is way more in question.

The commission also found that Blocton engaged in a pattern of abuse of staff, attorneys and litigants that included referring to one employee as a "heifer" and verbally abusing and belittling another employee.
quote:
The judge ordered her employees to allow her to see their private cellphones and provide their private log-in credentials on work computers in an effort to delete material relevant to the investigation into her conduct. She also made her employees work unreasonable hours, including excessive, unproductive and unnecessary late night, according to the commission.
quote:
One of two judges assigned to handle Blocton’s backlog in February acknowledged the "appalling" amount of cases left pending for an inappropriate amount of time without resolution as the other said such delays "gave a black-eye" to the judicial system.
Blocton also used several Facebook aliases to communicate with litigants in pending domestic-relations cases in an effort to affect the outcome of those cases, according to the commission.
She also engaged in "a pattern of dishonesty and deception" by using the aliases to provide information to litigants in cases and asking potential witnesses to delete evidence related to the commission’s investigation and attempting to influence testimony.
quote:
According to an initial complaint made against the judge in May, one person involved in divorce litigation said the judge used online aliases to send several threatening messages which included, "THE DEVIL IS WATCHING U," "LEAVE THOSE BLACK WOMEN DEMOCRATS ALONE."
The commission failed to gather enough evidence to support other allegations against Brocton, including that the judge was using drugs, was mentally unstable and made an inappropriate campaign contribution to a Birmingham mayoral candidate.
You're leaving out a lot of info.
There's a big difference in what this woman did, and what the Lafayette Jude did.

Kork would never be intellectually dishonest. Never.
I mean seriously, this woman has a documented history of being a frickup, vs one singular incident. And they think they have a point here. It's so very typical of them.
All these downvotes, and he's too scared to reply Just like the last thread.

To be fair, Kork never bailed on his ANTIFA buds. He has stuck with them through all sorts of criminality.
On another note, it seems as though the black judge in Birmingham got the boot.
As such, it IS an example (albeit, not a perfect one...no hard R AND married to white people = not defended by the community). She seems crazy, but the example is legit (to a degree) imho.

It's really not though. The example we are looking for is one instance with one word being enough to ruin you. this is not close to that.
