Jim Rome yesterday was pathetic

Was listening to radio on my way to get lunch and Rome’s show came on. It was amazingly pathetic to hear his bias come through with regards to LA teams and anyone else. He literally bashed Kelly for texting his players that he was leaving and still going the next morning to tell them in person talking to them for ten minutes.
Right after states how much of a boss Riley was and how he handled it so well. This was literally him comparing them at that point. I was just shocked at how pathetic it was.
Just goes to show you that these blowhards are worthless and basically propaganda pushers.
Follow that up with Reese’s interviews today and you get more proof of the bullshite.

Granted, Riley officially left after OU was eliminated from the CFP, while Kelly left when Notre Dame still had a very outside shot. But how is nobody crushing him for recruiting for USC on OU’s dime? That’s slimy as all frick. Like deserves an actual arse-kicking slimy. And how did he address his team to tell them he was leaving after ignoring their requests to meet with him to ask about it? Whatever. I can’t imagine Rome’s clone nation is all that numerous these days. I haven’t run across his terrestrial show in over 10 years, and I have no idea when or where it airs on tv.

He wants access to USC and the Los Angeles USC fans are starved for good news. This is the obvious play.
After the first USC loss he might turn around Cowherd style and flip the narrative about how Riley came to LA. No one should take it personally or seriously. Whatever generates attention is his job to say.
