HOW is it even possible that her KILLER was out on bond after soooooo many arrests/convictions ? WHO are the judges that continually released this feral animal ?

Not saying this is the case with Frickie’s killer, but the NOLA DA has been infamous for doing nothing while killers walk free without prosecution.
He made statements about never prosecuting juveniles as adults, under any circumstances.

There are obviously numerous 'causes' for rampant juvenile crime...some of which are societal/economic/near criminal 'parenting' etc. However, the judicial 'system' is a primary line of defense for civilized society so ANY line of investigative reporting needs to INCLUDE the rulings of judges...WHO are the ones that release these feral animals onto society ??????

Blame the voters who elect “weak on crime” judges, D.A’s, mayors, and council members. Basically most democrat cities who tout “criminal justice reform”

you saw what his fricking lawyer said during the trial. Whining that we shouldn’t throw away another life over this or some shite. How could he say that with a straight face?
honore is/was a career criminal with no respect for human life or civilized society. Two dozen crimes committed between 12 and 17 many of them crimes of violence.
the benefit of the doubt given to this generation of juvenile offenders is no longer of benefit to society as a whole. It is far past time to break a few eggs if we ever want to eat an omelette again

America is done. Anyone that thinks society will improve is crazy.

They’re controlled by their evil puppet master: George Soros

This is intentional. America’s cities aren’t there for the Linda Fricke’s of the world. They are there for Democrats and their constituents. This is the world that Democrats create, specifically black Democrats.

How to destabilize the rule of law - invalidate the judicial system. If law enforcement (execution) has no faith in judicial, they’ll stop executing the law. If they stop executing the law, legislative branch won’t bother to put new laws on the books, since they won’t be executed. The entire system comes crumbling down

quote:i'm no defender of Jason Williams, personally i think he's a huge piece of shite and a big part of the problem, but it's a lot deeper than just the DA. NOPD won't/can't do any real policing and nobody in the city is willing to testify so his hands are tied in many cases.

What kind of IDIOT downvote ?

This was a strange case bc the defense argued that the crime was committed while the defendants were juveniles but tried when they were adults.
Then they argued they didn’t mean to kill Linda, that’s why the 3 girls got off on attempted manslaughter in exchange for a 2nd degree verdict against Honere

You should look in the mirror.
Aren’t you a cop in Baton Rouge? Is that where you vote?

How was it possible that a serious crime was committed by someone with a rap sheet a mile long and who should have been in jail?
That is the rule rather than the exception in Orleans Parish.

And he stayed true to his word…until he became the victim of a juvenile carjacking. Funny how that works.

Your average Orleans parish juror isn’t likely to convict either.
