Follow up re: my imminent divorce UPDATE PG 20

I don’t want to dig up the whole thread, as I deleted my posts that were a bit too personal. The separated life is starting to eat at me. The two dogs are all that is keeping me company. Being back to work helps. It just sucks realizing my wife just doesn’t love me and is moved out. I wonder if she ever did love me.
I’ve managed to eat healthy. I think it’s time to get to the gym and establish a routine there. Otherwise, I feel like I’m just going through the motions of life. My sadness is still there, but I feel the anger coming on.
Late 30’s, single, empty house, steady job…some pluses and minuses there for me to deal with.

do you have kids and if so, what are their ages and what is the custody arrangement?

I know its hard right now and its hard to see it yet.
But once you are feeling a bit better, you will be knee deep in puss. Chicks from 20-40 are all looking for a dude with all of those things. If you get online you'll be fending them off.
But I would recommend some time first, get your mind right. Go to a therapist if you need to, it may help.
