Use that sadness and anger as motivation. Work on yourself. Lose weight and get fit. Buy yourself a new wardrobe.

If you don’t have kids, consider it a blessing you are getting out now. You’re also not old and there is plenty of time to reset

Also don’t trick yourself into falling in love with the first woman who gives you attention

I think it’s time to get to the gym and establish a routine there.

This is honestly one of the best things you can do. It gives you something to do to kill the boredom and loneliness. It boosts endorphins that can counter your depression. Even if you don’t socialize much with others in the gym, it’s a social setting and much better than moping around your empty house.

Plus, it never hurts to get in shape and better yourself for when you are ready to start the next phase of your life.

I never said he needed to repent. I was suggesting church for the social aspect. He's clearly lonely. He can meet lots of people at church, and its a healthy outlet.

Also, believe it or not, women also go to church.

I understand this may be how you're feeling right now, but what you need to realize is - that's probably the reason she became unattracted to you in the first place.

Women dry up with the swiftness the second they feel that a man needs their validation.

Get to the gym, and start feeling better about yourself and you'll be back on your feet in no time.

Beat of luck to you OP. I went through similar with my now ex fiance about 3 yrs ago.

At first I was able to occupy myself with a ton of home improvement projects, especially during Covid lockdown when there wasn't shite to do anyway besides grill out or barbecue and drink.

But once I finished all the home renovations depression really set in.
Th erapy definitely helped, so good you're doing that. I'm currently better off than I was, so it does get better, but shite ain't perfect. Getting some strange now and again helps. Exercise. Football season isn't far off.
