So Sugar kills you, Spenda kills you faster and now Stevia kills you too. Is there any sweetener that any one knows that is not toxic right now.

You have to avoid anything that is a “substitute” for something natural. If it’s man made don’t eat it.

Spenda is not as bad as NutraSweat

Our Louisiana sugarcane farmers have to compete with other states farmers that grow beets for sweetener. Aint nothing wrong with our good old fashioned sugar baw!!

Raw sugar from the mill is all I've used for more than 20 years. It's high in iron and minerals and won't kill you.
Refined sweeteners are death across the board.

At least I’ll be skinny when I die.
Twice as skinny after the chemo.

Unrefined sugar has iron in it?

When you substitute sugar for things like sucralose etc all you are doing is trading diabetes for cancer or leukemia.

That is not what the article says. It talks about Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol used in most powdered forms of keto sweeteners like stevia. The liquid version of those are just stevia and water most of the time.

Also linked to blood clotting so might just be the jab instead.

It isn't the stevia that is the culprit. The fifth word in the article is.
And since erythritol is not in Zevia soda, my occasional soda is safe. For now.

Sugar isn’t bad for you. Refining it, extracting it and then adding it at levels that equal like 47 apples to your food is bad.
If it’s sweeter than a piece of fruit, it’s too much sugar.

This is why I mix up my sweeteners in my coffee.
1 pack splenda
1 pack equal
1 pack stevia
1 pack sweet n low
They can't get me if they are all confused.
That's for a 20 oz. Yeti* cup.

Do people realize they can just not add sweetener to everything?
