I hope this cat can fix the youth crime as it’s out of control. Just last week a 12, 13, and 16 yr old were shot (injured) in a drive by shooting. As crazy as he was, Larry Caillier was arguably the best Chief Opelousas had. Dude did not F around and thugs were afraid of him
