I’m a big fan of fly overs and know we have some military pilots that post here

Correct. Altitude is supposed to be 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle, so in this case 1,000 feet above the lights on the field. That C-130 was much lower than that.

@alabama 2005 there was a flyover that was WAAAAAY lower than 1,000 feet over the closest obstacle
