Bigger college football brand, OU or LSU?

OU fans seem to think they're a way bigger brand citing recent viewership and revenue which they obviously have an edge in because of the difference in quality of season for both teams.
What's the rant's opinion? I think it's more than just those 2 metrics, I think LSU is more recognizable nationally now days than OU is.

Duh, LSU all day. What has Oklahoma done in the last 20 years? One championship and alot of beatdowns by the SEC

I think both are equally recognizable. I like LSU a lot better though

Oklahoma is 0-4 since the CFB playoff was created in 2014 and I would argue that their brand has devalued over that time. LSU is definitely a bigger brand

This century? LSU & it’s not close.
All-time? Probably OU with all their success in the Wilkinson & Switzerland years.

Definitely OU 20 years ago.
In 2022, I’m not so sure. I think OU has lost value and LSU has appreciated in value over that time.

In 2022, pretty much equal.
Over the total course of history, OU.

Bc of LSU even Oklahoma players hit the griddy when they score.
Love them or hate them LSU football alums are all over ESPN. How many from OU?
We just hired the winningest coach in the bluest of blue bloods' history. After we fired our coach. They just hired a first year hc. After their hc decided to go somewhere else.
They had to attach themselves to the coattails of a rival wanting to join our league. A league we are a founding member of.
OU is a big name, but they're not LSU

Go look at recruiting class rankings over the last 10 years an you tell me if OU is a bigger brand than LSU. It’s not even close. We have put prolly double the amount of players into the NFL to boot.

OU has been historically more recognizable and consistently involved in the playoff since it's inception.
I'd say its really close. LSU had 2019 which is better than anything OU has ever done in several decades, but LSU has been really mediocre outside of that one season since 2012.
