Problem is NFL coaches are not always able to transition to college ball. It takes a specific coach to be successful at both.

Not a fan of O’Brien but this isn’t a valid argument. Dolphins players hated Saban too.
This isn’t really relevant with regards to O’Briens ability to get college kids to play for him.

Not going to happen, but he’s the perfect blend of Saban accountably/process, and Dabo rah-rah.
Is there another Rhule out there? College coach with program turn arounds at more than one stop (for rhule it was Temple and Baylor), with NFL experience to boot?
