Probably take a year off to unwind from the traumatic experience of being a ex-cult survivor and escaping the plains.

But he’ll probably want to get back into the mix.

Arizona state might be a good spot but then he’d have to jump back into coaching which he might not want to do right away.

I think that a smaller pac 12 school or a mountain west school is going to work.

Maybe Boise will take him back. They don’t like their current coach that replaced Harsin.

I think he'd listen to Arizona State if they expressed interest. I believe the NCAA investigation is still ongoing, but that may actually be a positive for him starting out with tempered expectations.

Boise has really come on strong this season since firing their OC. Not sure he should wait around expecting that job to reopen soon.

Boise was happy he left in the first place. They offered to pack his bags on the way to Auburn.

I think we have enough going on with the current investigation, and would prefer we don't hire a guy who just went through his own internal investigation, had his credibility questioned, and players openly saying he was the reason they left.

ASU had a huge issue with players hitting the portal last season, so they need to hire someone that's going to, hopefully, keep the team as intact as possible going into next year.

That said, Ray Anderson (our AD), will frick this up.

This is what I think is going to happen. If not, Colorado is another possibility.

Colorado is a sleepy Pac 12 job currently open that seems like a nice fit for him.

An ahole who had success at one program he didn't build, who doesn't like to recruit, doesn't like to socialize with fans and boosters, doesn't like NIL and can't seem to get along with coaches from outside of Idaho?

Maybe a high school. Maybe his buddies at ESPN can get him a job.

I doubt UGA hires him.

Harsin did not improve either Ark State or Boise. Terrible at Auburn, whose floor should be above terrible.
I wouldn't hire him as HC.

If he wants to stay in a P5 conference, then Arizona St. or even Colorado.

He’d be a good OC somewhere

I can't understand why. He was already OC at Texas and was nothing special. I figured he would bring his early Boise creativity to Auburn, but I saw nothing, other than the fact we started throwing to TEs again, to make me believe he has any sort of special offense that he believes in. There was literally no identity to the offense over the two years he spent at Auburn.

He had a top 5 RB on his roster and gave him the ball and average of like 12 carries a game
