A supposed “prestigious” program and there’s been absolutely nothing in regards to a coaching search.

I remember people debating if the Penn State job was a better job than LSU (it never was).

It really makes me wonder if it’s Brian Hartline, but are willing to let the season finish out for him.

Saban or Meyer or bust I guess.

Maybe Jimbo?

They have to be swinging for someone big at this point.

Handling business behind closed doors... just because you dont hear anything doesnt mean nothing is going on with the process.

Nobody really had a clue Auburn was targeting Golesh until the news broke.

It would be hilarious if they were waiting for the Brian Kelly buyout to get sorted so they could hire him.

Professional coaching searches dont play out like a soap opera. Penn State prefers to stay under the radar but they have conducted a couple dozen interviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they went the route of OSU, Michigan, Clemson etc and promote Terry Smith from within.

They wont be throwing around $100 million contracts just to buy them out in 4 years like a certain SEC school. They learned that lesson with franklin.

Hartline from Ohio State would be a good fit there.

Think it’s clearly Hartline or a guy they’re planning on going deep into the playoffs with his current team.

Good for Penn State, we’re all so proud

I hope they fall for the Terry Smith-Joe Paterno propaganda, they deserve that

Learned a lesson but hiring from within on a coaching staff that had the team playing like dog shite?

Yep so professional, 100% professional org right there.
