Was reading through some coaching moves and noticed 4 coaches have taken arguably better jobs. Is Frank Wilson a great evaluator of both players and coaches?

UTSA OL Coach Ryan Pugh = BYU OL coach
UTSA DC Pete Golding = Alabama 10th Assistant
UTSA Safeties Coach Patrick Toney = ULL Safeties Coach
UTSA TE/ST Coach Ricky Brumfield = UVA ST Coach

Take into account they fired their OC before the end of the season, they lost half their damn coaching staff. If Bo Davis would have had his NCAA punishment shortened, it's almost certain he would have been poached too...

Negative.

FW has them bowl eligible two consecutive seasons, and went to school's 1st bowl game last year.

Ship ain't sinking...he just got an extension in August in his 2nd season.

I'd say he hired a good staff that was in demand

He worked at LSU under Grimes so makes sense that he went to BYU.

Shows Frank Wilson hires good assistants.
Let's see if he keeps it up or what happens if he doesn't.

UTSA's program is less than a decade old, and Larry Coker was the first HC. It's a big school in the middle of a recruiting hotbed. The scraps they get are still good for a mid major conf.

Lets not get to excited when assts are taking advantage of coaches/ADs that cant look past the makeup on the pig.

Frank Wilson would have been a more qualified hire than Orgeron.

Dave Aranda would have been a more qualified hire than Orgeron.

Imagine how long it would take to list all the coaches that are more qualified than Orgeron!
Hell, I know a few highly functioning retards that are more qualified!
