Update on Napier from Florida's 247 board...

- Napier has on offer on the table from Virginia Tech.
- However, Napier is currently deep in negotiations with Florida, currently discussing buyout numbers.
- Napier and his camp have pushed LSU to create some urgency, but LSU still has not reciprocated any interest.
- Their mod is guessing that LSU has its guy given the radio silence they've been giving the Napier camp.
- Announcement of Napier to Florida expected between Sunday and Tuesday.

All of that makes sense. I do think Napier would prefer LSU but if it’s not in the cards, he can’t turn down jobs again.

Napier is a great hire for Florida. It's risky but man the ceiling is high for him.

From most reports, LSU has not given Napes any interest whatsoever, but UF can prop him up however they want I guess.

What’s so hard for some of you to understand. He isn’t offered or even deserves to be offered. They aren’t in negotiations.
