Traylor is the only hire that scares me at aTm

Yet if you read their message boards, they're too good for him.
Dude is young and hungry and would lock down that state for them. He would come cheap upfront also.
Not sure what's wrong. They already went the established route and flamed out.

It wouldn't shock me at all. I actually told a few friends of mine what if A&M went out and got Dabo. After all the stuff he has said this season, his open frustrations, them losing the most games they have in a long time, it wouldn't shock me.

I think Traylor is a good coach and it wouldn't be a disaster if Aggie hired him, but what about his resume scares you? He doesn't have power 5 coordinator experience. He's been successful in Conference USA, but not wildly successful. The head coaches he's worked under are Charlie Strong and Chad Morris.
And you only thing he's young because he doesn't have extensive college coaching experience. He's 55. He coached in high school for like 25 years.
