Yeah he’s had two years of experience at big programs as a position coach and then a couple of years of success in maybe the worst conference in America. His record is actually worse than Napier’s when you look at it. Frankly, hiring small school coaches rarely works. It’s a massively different job to run a program the size of A&M compared with UTSA. Dude would be in way over his head.

I don’t like him but I think he’s different from Napier. More of a program runner than Napier is. Not as committed to a specific offense. Basically I think there’s 0 chance he’s a disaster like Billy but seems like a 7-5, 8-4 kind of cat, which we already had.
