They will make it very hard for Lane Kiffin to turn them down. I believe that is the guy they are going to go after. He will have the money, NIL, services, anything he wants, he will get.

He makes just as much at Mississippi as A&M would give him. He would have more NIL money and a higher ceiling, but also higher expectations. It all depends on what Lane wants. It would be a pressure cooker there, but at the money he has already made, it's not like money is a factor...he either wants to win titles or just cruise control and be set.

Will A&M change his kid's minds about wanting to stay in Oxford? That's why he's still there now. Otherwise he would be at Auburn right now.

He would be able to recruit much better talent at A&M than he can at OM.

Seems like he is starting to realize that after UGA completely destroyed him….he even admitted he needed to recruit “at a higher level”. It’s year 3, this isn’t like an epiphany.

Its already been reported they won’t be paying more than $6-7 million a year for their next head coach. Lane makes north of $9 million with a $20 million buyout.

If they want to pay him $10+ million a year and pay is that buyout, by all means, take him

Has literally been said the every year for the last 4 seasons. And yet, he’s still here.

They need to make everything incentive based for their next coach

Seems like we heard the same stuff about Auburn last year, and Lane stayed in Oxford.

I don't see A&M breaking the bank again for a guy like Kiffin.

And every year, Lane has whored his name out for other open jobs….whether it was Miami, UF, Auburn or LSU.

It’s the main reason I didn’t want to hire him. That and his weird obsession with sucking Nick Saban’s dick on Twitter.

There is only one coach I’d break the bank for if I was TAMU and that is Dan Lanning.

Kiffin would mock TAMU culture daily.

Kiffin would absolutely kill it at A&M. He’s a much better Head Coach and offensive mind than Jimbo has ever been.

He has 2 losses this year and both of those teams will be playing in Atlanta. He would recruit on Alabama and Georgia level at A&M and actually get something out of the recruits something Jimbo hasn’t done.

I really believe with the NIL money at A&M, lane will be very successful there, don’t like the ideas of Lane at A&M at all.

This would be a no brainer but culturally it is a horrible fit. Lane won't do the shake hands and kiss baby tour. A&M won't like his twitter profile. It just isn't a fit.

They should go after Kingsbury and get a dynamite DC.

Same. He would definitely hurt LSU being at A&M. LSU depends alot on Houston and DFW kids. It’s not a big part of the roster but it’s an important one.

Well, they should be able to get him based on his comments about why he can’t compete with Georgia

Kiffin to A&M rumors will serve the same purpose as Riley to LSU last year. Give cover for the actual target(s).
