It's inevitable that he'll get calls in the future, it's up to Auburn to up his contract and hope his connections to the community are enough to keep him there.

Sexton is the best, he's been able to get a lot of coaches big money.
Well honestly if it's Sexton, he can offer both Saban and Malzahn to Texas and see which one they'll bid more for.

I hope Gus stays at Auburn. It would be great for Alabama to have both Auburn and Alabama slugging it out every year while LSU goes to the Chik-fil-A Bowl.

Texas doesn't want Malzahn.
They have been in spread style offenses the last 8-9 years and are tired of it.

Gus would be wildly successful at UT. He would get his pick of any Texas recruit that likely already knows much of his system. Plus, all he has to do is beat OU to go to the national title. Next year at AU he would have to beat aTm, LSU, Bama, Ole Miss, Georgia, and USCe, plus win the SEC title game.
