i mean you just don't fire a coach 3 days before early signing day without having a deal with another coach....right? Rumors are they did and "that" coach backed out completely or is still debating
One more odd move.... if auburn would have waited until next week, they save a little over 5 million dollars off his buyout and still have a coach on signing day
things that make you go hmmmmmm

You do understand they can fire him today, effective next week (or whenever the date you reference occurs) correct?

If there is a buyout decrease pending, I'm sure that was taken into account.

Drinkwitz to Mizzou was a surprise move but it seems like it is worth it. Reason why Missouri struggled against top teams because of better talents. Missouri have one of the worst talents on the team. Only Vandy have worst talents. That is the key for Missouri to get better talents to compete with the top teams. Same with Arkansas. Ole Miss and MSU also. MSU have a good defense but not so on offense. Ole Miss is the opposite. Got to recruit more 4* and less 3* talents.

After reading this, I feel like English might be your second language. I read it in a Russian accent, but possibly Mexican or Latino?

Well that’s not true. His buyout is flat out 75% of his remaining contract amount.

Same as Pittman to Arkansas. Like yall we didn't make the splashy hires like the Mississippi schools but both our programs are better today because of good coaching. Our talent was very subpar but Pittman and Co did an excellent job getting these kids to play hard for them.

According to Ron Sanders and Phillip Marshall, they were set to hire Kevin Steele, but President Jay Gogue demanded a search committee.

Napier has turned down how many SEC jobs already? I don't know what schools he is waiting on but must be a small list. I'm not sure Aub is on it.

He has a somewhat high number and smaller schools won't pay it.
