Was interview when Studs got the job.

3) Kevin Mawae (former NFL and LSU great)
Will make a great coach, if he wants to go that direction, look at some of the coaches hes played for. Been around the NFL for years. Even at his age, hes still better than 50% of the starting OC in the NFL.

Josh Henson (bring back the right-hand-man, clock manager)
You do know that hes a Co-Offensive Line Coach?

Pete Mangurian (LSU alumni, former LSU coach, tons of NFL experience)
For years, every opening (Including HC) his name came up.

If a defense was at least half scared we might throw the ball with consistency and hit big plays down field consistently our running game would be extremely scary. Maybe we get that with Mett.

I spoke with one of the O linemen yesterday. He said coach Stud is not a very good coach. Also said that the players really like Crowton and that alot of what he calls is overruled by Miles. I know this is obvious when watching the games, but he confirmed that Miles has not let Crowton call all the plays. Also said that the players, just like alot of fans, think Miles is not a very smart guy. Said he is sort of a dufuss. Said that everyone loves Chevis and the the defense players all respect their position coaches.

I look for LSU's offense to be just as awesome as it has been for the last 3 seasons, if there are no coaching changes...The only way Mett sees the field next season would be because of injuries. Miles is totally infatuated with JJ, and nothing will change that.
I certainly hope Les' blind luck doesn't run out on him next season. That's always good for a win or 2 each season, and I'll take it. But I think we all know, that his luck will run out.

Looks like LSU's genius O line coach cost LSU a recruit.

Having undersized OL doesn't help.
which shows you know basically NOTHING about line play. the only guy who is undersized is T-bob..and only for the guard spot. he is plenty big enough for center. our line avergaed 300 last year or right at it. JD gained weight. alot has to do with strength and technique. T-bob has been weak due to his injuries. Have you ever played line? i somehow doubt it. yes, and I HAVE.

No. LSU recruits themselves when the good players sign and when the good ones go elsewhere, it's the coaches fault.

Didn't you hear Les?
He loves how the offense is going.
Crowton is not leaving.
Stud is not leaving.
Deal with it.

Miles will not comment about possible coaching changes until after the Bowl Game. He also is not going to say anything publicly negative about the offense or any coaches. You may be right that Stud & Crowton will stay, but I don't think we know for certain yet.

Perhaps you are right. However, I doubt this happens. Either way, I have reconciled myself to another year of Crowton and Stud so I won't be disappointed.

I don't know if this is true or not but it sure looks that way at times. What I do know, is that as a combination Miles/Crowton are terrible. (Oh, and Stud sucks as well.)

we do not run spread option and never have. we run speed options. we run zone reads. Spread Option requires lots of motion and play fakes. do we run some play fakes? sure, sometimes. some motion? sure, sometimes. but not both majority of the time like real SO teams. take a look at UF or oregon or UM. that is SO.
spread option has nothing to do with motioning and play fakes.

dude, you're about to get bombed. the Milesers will NEVER EVER EVER believe or want to believe this and you will be labeled a hater or negatiger. funny thing is....i know what you're saying is 100% on. i'm good friends with a former player who played for both Saban and Miles and he told me basically the same thing. he said they used to have to turn their heads when Miles would attempt to make one of his...and i quote...."goofy speaches". and no...i'm not providing names, DL or SSN's, addresses, blood types, favorite colors, favorite foods, or position of the one who told me this.
