Yes he had the balls to do what needed to be done he just needed to say a little bit less. But without him we still are sitting here at 7-4 suffering with that egotistical a-hole Brian Kelly

We hear this morning from Dandy Don that OM and Fla have matched our offer. I was surprised when the offer was so openly discussed. Seems like LSU has to many people bidding this information to the public. Once upon a time you found out the terms of the deal once it was complete.

The way he did it all pubicly was pure clownshow but the affect on potential candidates was vastly overblown on this board. (As many things are.) Southern governors have been meddling in college football throughout the history of college football. The way Landry gets on stage and and brays like a donkey is distateful but any coach with SEC experience knows that he'll be answering to the governor.

You think after that disaster tonight that he wants to start over and take on a total rebuild? That was like the worst days of Curley on display. Even if he was going to take the job, I would guess tonight made him think again.

He totally flipped Ole Miss’ roster the last two seasons.

Last year alone he brought in 53 new players, 30 of which were portal players.

How is this different than a rebuild?

Nope. He still publicly inserted himself in a publicly generating way that embarrassed LSU nationally. Yes, he has a role due to not having a President at the time. But, to use LSU football to raise his political profile is poor form.

I don’t remember having a good human as governor. Maybe Mike Foster was a good person? Other than him all others seemed like scum

Blanco was woefully ill-suited to handle Katrina but she seemed like a nice lady.

Not me

Little Landry spazzed out with knee jerk comments like a dumbass. He lied about people and events. He made a process harder than it needed to be. He tried to take the opportunity to make political hay for himself. He would do it again too.

He needs to apologize to us!

If it doesn’t happen it’s going to be an epic meltdown and collapse. Especially since it’s being reported that we haven’t been looking anywhere else. Bad bad bad
