These guys are rambling on about "how can he look in the players eyes?" Like these kids don't hop in the portal after the first sign of trouble. It's ALL business now and it's only going to get worse from here, why do you think Saban said frick this?

There's no way these guys aren't trolling.

Just said don't keep climbing the ladder, stay on the rung you're on

Now they are saying that he owes it to Washington to stay there because he was one of the leading voices in wanting to move to the B1G.

As if circumstances don't change. As if Washington isn't much better off financially going to the B1G.

Easy to say when you're not the one being offered the millions more per year.

Lmao yea exactly. We’d make death threats and shite.

But seriously, we’d all be belittling of their football league but I don’t think people down here get all personal about their way of life and such.

They get rather personal and tacky about it for people who say they are so refined, so much smarter, etc

At the end of the day it’s just sports.

Everyone up there needs to just loosen their skinny jeans and adjust their hipster glasses, have a cappuccino, wait for the sun to come out in July, and go back to enjoying their pride parades.

UW had a chance to lock down DeBoer and they offered 3 million LESS per year salary. If DeBoer didn't take that job, people would question his sanity

I'd wager they are right on this.

I'm sure DeBoer will cry all the way to the bank once they let him go in 3-5 seasons.

This is no longer a valid argument because they turned it into a professional league.

They also mentioned something about people bringing him out and liquoring him up and them blackmailing him.

The last coach Alabama hired from the state of Washington….

Jimmy Sexton played them. Deboer had a raise and extension on his desk for months. Sexton probably knew of Saban's retirement and Alabama's interest and told him not to sign.
