High time too. That team has had all the talent and none of the success.
McDermott is a big time excuse maker and zero accountability. He reminds me of Mark Rich at UGA. Look what happened to them after they canned his sorry arse. They may have waited too long, as Allen is getting up there, but a new coach can get them to the next level. But who will they get?
And byebye Joe Brady.

I hope that was a joke. Sometimes you never know. But hilarious.

I think its the right decision. Their defenses have been awful, and its his defense. Its the reason theyve lost pretty much every playoff game

Thats his side of the ball

Hear me out. NICK SABAN.

He leads the Bills to the promised land and then rides off into the sunset as the best Football Coach of all time.

It was time. He’s a defensive minded coach and his defense couldn’t make a stop all year or ever when it mattered most. McDermott is a good coach and will find a new gig but, the Bills need a new face. My first call is to Mike Tomlin. Him with Josh Allen would be a very interesting combination.

It's January 19th. They already lost out on Harbaugh. Who's left that's better that McDermott?

Scheme of the defense has to change… McDermott being a defensive coach stands in the way of that

They are going to promote Brady to HC and hire a DC. Brady was getting looks as it is and was potentially gone and their offense is the only bright spot in the playoffs.

This way they try and keep the band together and hire a better DC.

Not sure anyone truly knows what Brady is. Allen overcomes alot of their offensive inefficiencies. I believe Brady is under contract still so they can easily retain him as OC under a new coach.

That's a hell of a gamble. The inverse can also happen.

They have Josh. If healthy what’s the floor? Wild card and lose to the jags?

If the current ceiling is lower than the Super Bowl you have to keep swinging.
