It’s amazing what y’all can convince yourselves. Sure, the guy with the 15-22 overall record, 2/3 losing seasons, hasn’t ever had a 10 win season in his whopping 3 seasons as a college head coach, etc. etc. is the better hire than Ryan Day
History shows that the “if he can win an average of 7 games at Arizona, IMAGINE what he’d do with our resources” mindset is incorrect and leads to spectacular failure basically every time. I would need to see if he can sustain actual success for more than a year before I’m hiring some random guy from Arizona

Do you have any idea how far Arizona had fallen prior to Fisch, and what the talent disparity was?
