Don't care if they are young or old, LSU will be in a massive rebuild/retool anyway...Want someone who will take a cheap 3yr prove it contract just so we can can BK...if that doesn't work after 3 years, then we will be in a financial position to chase the hot names.

Kiffin wins football games and a lot of them. He’s about to take a perennial dogshit program to the playoffs, possibly with a bye.

Are you only accepting candidates who have won titles in the past AND are looking for a new job?

Please, enlighten us with that list of candidates.

Sounds like you want SMU’s coach. By your logic, what has he won exactly?

LSU will lose more than that if he stays for another season.

I think we should make a damn strong offer for Vandys coach.

I mean the dude has VANDY balling out and has brought so much energy to what has been for as long as I can remember just a complete dud of a football program. Let’s snipe that guy and send Vandy back to loserville.

Not to mention he would have no instate competition with recruiting. Dude would have to hire a competent DC and he wins conference titles and a natty.

We could hire the middleman and just hire Jerry Kill to an admin/oversight role. He's be our "CEO" coach.

Would LSU go after Dan Lanning?

Why would he come here? He has it made at Oregon.

To be fair, Chip, Taggart, and Cristobal also had it made at Oregon, and they left voluntarily.

Oregon doesn't traditionally get into bidding wars for coaches.
