OU saw massive decommitments almost instantly and more are expected along with several transfers.
Most of the ND recruits I’ve seen comment I’ve already affirmed their commitment
I think it’s a good hire, but it’s odd that nobody around ND seems to care at all

Nah, I actually made a thread already saying it was a good hire and that Inwas shocked that he would leave ND.
Just seems a little odd that none of them care and many of them are actually happy. Especially contrast to OU where they are literally melting.

Notre Dame is the type of school that kids want to play for regardless of coach. Oklahoma is more of a whose the coach. Not a surprise kids still wanting to play for ND still.

They have a good internal candidate in Freeman to keep things moving in the same direction, but they are absolutely shook and just trying to make the best of a pretty situation Kelly left them in honestly.
