I do not believe people understand the seriousness of the Title IX investigation. Heads will roll. National Champ last year or not, O has culpability. His off the field antics will make the decision easier.
Is this likely to drag on into February when the title ix investigation is said to be wrapped up? If O is out, its going to be a real son of a bitch if we're trying to put together a new coach staff from February into March.

I really have tried to block out the Title IX stuff.
Remind me again, how did this story find it’s way back into the current news cycle? Was there just a random article on Yahoo Sports? What brought up these several years old cases?

Once guice got popped this past summer and I think some former accusers here started coming forward. That peaked the interest of some national writers

Have preliminary results trickled in? You make it seem as if they’ve started pinning stuff on people. A lot of the accusations made in the USA article had holes in it, including the Drake Davis stuff (student vs no student)

Man, this is starting to sound like some SMU type shite.

Heard better then 50% chance O doesn’t survive these claims.

@TBL:
Do you believe Woodward will soon present O with two options:
1. Take significantly reduced settlement to walk now for “personal reasons/mutual split”.
2. Wait for Title IX investigation to complete, and if O is implicated, he is fired for cause and gets nothing.
And do you believe they make a move at DC and OC right after season, or Woodward hedges his bets on the investigation and waits it out?
Thanks as always for sharing insight and info with tiger nation.

IMO if O stays he needs to change DC & OC going into next year. O is a decent HC and a great recruiter but needs to have good/great coordinators and position coaches on his staff.

Not that high % . Major issue we face is if NCAA ties football and basketball together. Love me some WW but we def in between a hard spot and a rock.

I’ve learned more about grammar and wordings on TD than I did in English class

This will be good for the university in the long run. The LSU culture of outlast everyone until I get an asst AD title is bullshite. I’m looking at Shelly, Miriam, Bo, verge, tommy Moffit, Sharon Lewis, etc. Pretty much everyone but Sam Nader
Not all these people have culpability, I’m just making a point. You can’t be great when you keep that much mediocrity on lifetime contracts.

Two questions:
1. What off the field antics are you referring to other than him running around with the blonde, or is that in and of itself bad enough?
2. Orgeron is putting on the brave face in interviews with "we'll build a champion again". Not sure you can speak to this, but how is he actually dealing with this behind the scenes? I can imagine he's absolutely losing his shite around the facilities.

I’m very concerned about Title IX. I see some wanting O fired for cause to get out of the buyout, but if he is, my concern, what sanctions will come down on LSU?
