I don't want either of these guys in Aggie Land.

Stunned that Lane is highest odds. He has much lower expectations at Mississippi than he would at A&M and is a top ten paid coach now. He has no business ever leaving unless he wants to nut up and really start winning titles and taking heat.

I'd say those two are the most likely ... Norvell is originally from Texas

I’ll be very surprised if it’s Kiffin. Elko is the smart person to back at this point in my opinion

I think Kiffin knows theres a 10-2 ceiling at Ole Miss, if the check looks great I honestly think he’s gone…
but who knows with Texags reports saying they aren’t paying 9-12m annually for a coach again

Kiffin I just cannot see here. Personally, his game style would drive me to an early grave.

I've said so many times I'd like Elko and that's my number one.

It won't happen, but Dan Campbell would be awesome as a coach, but I don't know how he would work as a recruiter. I personally like his coaching style.

Elko should be the choice but will the A&M brass be humble enough to take him?

The Lane Kiffin fanboys are very strange, but they are a dedicated bunch. I expect those type of dudes are easily parted with their money, and Vegas agrees.

Elko should be the favorite in my opinion. He had a solid defense when he was D Coord here. He is well respected at the school and the BMDs like him. He knows the culture and more importantly he could deliver and expand his culture as a hard nosed winner.

I don't think there's any swallowing of humble pie with Elko. Most of us were quite sad to see him leave.

I don’t think our boosters would have any problem at all hiring Elko. They will poke around bigger names but would be fine if he’s the guy I think.

Kingsbury is the best fit on that list. Texas native, played at TT, head coach at TT, and also did time as OC at aTm. NFL HC experience is a plus as well.

I’m pretty sure anyone that transferred to Colorado would have to sit a year if they transferred again. That includes his 2 boys and Travis Hunter. Based on that alone, I don’t see him going anywhere.
