Analysts don’t usually make that kind of money

Munoz also has a successful body of work as an actual OC at ULL.

Define successful.

commented on that in a post earlier. Cutting up video of blitzes doesn't show a high knowledge of X and O

Joe seems to think it does.

And it’s still more tangible stuff than we’ve ever seen CJ do in a very long career. CJ isn’t going to turn into a offensive savant over night. He’s very good at what he does, which is recruit and coach WRs. There’s likely a reason he’s never risen above that outside of his HC stint at Tulane, which he was not running the offense there either.

I simply would prefer continuity if possible and to retain as much of the offensive staff from last year as possible and/or bring in a guy with a track record of coordinating/developing a passing game. If CJ is the pick I’m okay with that as well, I’m not freaking out either way. It’s not that serious. Please unwad your panties and move on.

He was OC for one year, show proof that he was successful.

Find the old thread when it was announced to cone here as an analyst. Everyone talked about his he was awful at ULL.

Now the rant thinks we can’t live without him.

No one in this thread has said this. Take it up with the Rant

I'm not pro-Johnson for this hire and would prefer Munoz. However, your post is ridiculous. You have no idea what CJ has or has not done in his career. He has been a D1 head coach. You don't think he's ever cut up video of blitzes?

I tend to think if we truly though Munoz was capable of that job, he's not leaving for Waco.

you're also making a false assumption of it being CJ vs Munoz. It doesn't sound like its going to be CJ

I said from the beginning that I wanted Munoz. Shows how much I know, because it doesn't look like Orgeron even considers him a candidate.

The funny thing about all of this with Munoz is that VolTiger13 once again shits the bed, but y'all will still keep lapping it up. LINK

If by successful you mean one year in the bottom quartile of offenses then going back to WR coach the next year. Did a solid job for many years as the WR coach at U La-La

Has Rob Sale left U La-La? Napier did not retain Munoz when he was hired at ULL; that is why Munoz ended up as an analyst at LSU in 2018.

Feldman most probably got the position wrong or is making a supposition that a lot of our fans have made.
