I was unaware that anyone still doubted that the Michigan jet landed in BR. I saw it on the ground from 100 feet away. Not only was it painted in maize and blue, but it had the Michigan "M" logo on the tail.

The best pic I can offer that I took is on page 13.

Who isn't chilled? Is this not the section of the site to discuss coaching changes, even if they are rumored?

I have flown on the Acadiana Ambulance jets with LSU logo in the past.

Some of these jets are contracted out....

I don't think people are doubting the plane is there. They are doubting it has to do with miles.

I will give the guy who started this thread credit. You have almost 19 pages of post. That is pretty good for one day. Even if it is false.

So nobody knows anything; but you know.

OK. I will explain.

Wealthy people are good at making money. And hate losing money.

They buy a multimillion dollar plane that requires pilots, maintenance, insurance.etc...More and more money....

How can they make some money back? They lease it out to other people that have money. Businesses, other wealthy people, universities, etc....This shares their fixed expenses with others. This is common practice amongst those that own these type of planes.

I posted this earlier, but it has been dismissed.

This plane has been in BR many times. It is owned by a wealthy person that loves UM and painted it like that because he wanted to and can.

The plane is used all the time as a charter plane. Who all uses it, I do not know.

One thing I know for certain. Today's visit is not related to Les Miles.

Flame away...

How can anyone think that a Michigan painted jet landing twice in BR over the past 4 days is just a coincidence?

dude it has already been confirmed that they have interviewed gruden yesterday and that is one of the stops on the flightware data, went to hilton head to to get lloyd carr and went to new york to meet with Ross the miami owner who is a HUGE UM donor.

personally i dont care who believes what, but if you think a U of M plane being in BR at this time is just a coincidence then I have some oceans front property in Arizona I want to sell you.

The plane was at Teterboro from 1/2 to 1/6. I'm guessing that had nothing to do with the coach search. Interestingly, it went from Teterboro to Westchester on 1/6 (30 miles away) before it began all the travel we've been discussing.

Or if it does even have to do with Miles...why in the hell has this jet been nowhere near Michigan?

You're telling me UM's AD flew commercial to SAV then hopped on this plane?

It's possible that it has nothing to do with Miles but it would be one hell of a coinkydink. Until I hear good proof otherwise, I'm going to assume that there's a connection.
