He probably won’t be out of a head coaching job for long.

I knew we'd waste the picks from those trades. And now we shitcan a good coach. The Dolphins owner is a joke.

Can we trade Sean Payton away and get this dude please? We sure as hell will never win anything again with his baby back soft arse teams in the playoffs. Trade Sean for a few 1st rounds and get Flores to New Orleans.

Dumb move, Flores to Chicago or Vegas now maybe? All he’d done is won 8 of their last 9 games

Flores just took that terrible roster and won 8 of their last 9. They should have fired the GM, found a trade partner for Tua, and hit free agency hard for OL. Instead, they fired the one guy that was somehow making that garbage can fly for them. Ridiculous. Hope another AFC team picks up Flores and that he just completely destroys Miami over the next several seasons.

It could be worse, you could be a Giants fan. How in the hell does Judge still have a job. Guy is a big time joke.

The GM who has bumbled their rebuild is a hypnotist.

Actually, there was an article in the Miami Herald yesterday that suggested that Flores screwed up the easiest part of the rebuild by not losing enough games to secure the #1 overall pick and Joe Burrow. Instead he sought to create a culture of winning but that was useless since 75% of that roster is no longer part of that culture. Grier did a good job accumulating draft assets and has made some great picks. Unfortunately, he hasn’t solidified the OL. THAT is what is holding Tua back.

Dolphins with 70m in cap space will get Wilson as QB. They will trade Tua and picks to Seattle

This is why the Dolphins will continue to lose. Flores actually had the Dolphins competitive this season. They showed a ton of progress. Crazy.

They still were perfectly capable of taking just as promising of a QB in Justin Herbert so I’m not going to hold it against him for winning too much

Which is dumb because they were tanking for Tua, who they still got, and a better QB was behind him.

He probably thought they might fire him for a bad season, which was probably a reasonable thought seeing as they fired him after "good" seasons.
