Think about what LSU could accomplish if they actually had good coaching. Been winning off talent alone since Saban left. Football experts see this and know if we make the correct hire we can easily be a powerhouse for 8-10 years.

Top 5, let alone Top 2, jobs do not hire the Stoops or BoBs of the world. In fact, all these Tier 2 coaches would not be on the list either.

Serious question: what are you gonna do if Napier is the next Scott Frost? Are you going to sit through 4 years of failure while he builds his vision? Napier might be great, but I thought UF's program was too elite to take that kind of risk. Mullen, despite how it turned out, was a logical and scary hire at the time. Napier is a game of Russian Roulette.
G5 coach at USL. Zero conference championships. This guy is a RISK.
