I think there is at least an even shot he stays. But Low and Herbstreit both game their opinions, which are countered by folks close to the Texas program (acknowledging these are rumors, innuendo, etc.)

ESPN rarely breaks college stories anymore, so I don't expect them to have an inside track on this.

I agree that mainstream sources haven't supported Saban to Texas. But let's be real, team-specific message boards break the stories about coaching changes about 95% of the time. If something happens, I expect it'll be rumored or published on OB, Shaggy, etc. way before it gets to CBS/ESPN, whatever. They're the new local news outlets when it comes to college athletics.

I don't think he's leaving but this means very little. Chris Low said himself that he knows nothing about this kind of stuff when asked about it on Sportscenter. I doubt Kirk knows anymore than Low does.
