We have some of the best facilities in the country, a recruiting hotbed, a ton of returning experience and have actually won multiple championships in the last two decades; yet we're scrambling to hire a DC. "No good Lena, not good"

He is of the opinion that every coach in the NCAA that we want just doesn't respect Coach O as a HC so they refuse to take the job. He has no actual proof of that. That's just what he keeps saying.

Not every coach. Every reputable coach. Probably why we interviewing this goober.
But as I told you in the other thread. My proof is his hiring decisions. We hire this jabroni what do you think the problem is? Bad judgement or just nobody wants the job.
What would you conclude based on the evidence besides my premise. Mine is people don’t want to Coach for O.
