It has to be Herman. It makes no sense to name O today and not see how the Texas fiasco plays out. Herman may not even be their number one, as they usually have several pipe dream candidates during their coaching searches.
I can't see Texas making this big of a push for an 8-3 AAC coach of soon to be unranked Houston. I like him, but his main body of work really consists of his work as OC for OSU during the CFP.
