It's a charade to make things appear to be regulated.
Someone soon will challenge a rejected deal in court, and win easily.
The minute NIL became a thing, it's been used to pay the players "legally " for performance on the field.
Just like the Rooney rule when Miami hired Saban away from us. I forget who the token black coach was that the Dolphins "interviewed " to satisfy the rule, but it was an ABSOLUTE JOKE.
